Delivery Terms & Conditions

1. Order Processing & Lead Time

   • All our furniture is handcrafted with precision and care. Standard orders are completed within 5-6 weeks, while bespoke orders may take up to 8 weeks for production.

2. Delivery Charges

   • Delivery to the UK mainland is charged at £75 + VAT. Additional charges may apply for deliveries to remote areas or non-mainland locations.

3. Delivery Arrangements

   • Once your order is ready, we will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery date.
   • Our delivery team will ensure that your furniture arrives safely at your location. However, it is the customer’s responsibility to check access routes and ensure sufficient space for delivery.

4. Receiving Your Order

   • Please inspect your order upon arrival. If there are any visible damages, report them immediately to the delivery team and contact us within 24 hours.
   • In the event of a manufacturing defect, we will assess the issue and provide a suitable resolution.

5. Failed Deliveries & Reattempts

   • If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect details or lack of access, a redelivery fee may be charged.

6. International & Special Deliveries

   • For deliveries outside the UK mainland, please contact us for a custom shipping quote and estimated delivery timeframe.
