1. General Information
Luxury House Interiors specializes in premium, handcrafted furniture, including bespoke Chesterfield sofas and armchairs. We offer customized orders tailored to customer specifications.
2. Orders & Payments
2.1 Placing an Order
- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
- Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This is not an acceptance of your order but an acknowledgment of receipt.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
2.2 Payment Methods
We accept payments via:
- PayPal
- Credit/Debit Cards (processed securely through our payment providers)
Payment must be made in full before order processing begins.
3. Production & Delivery
3.1 Production Time
- Standard orders: 5-6 weeks
- Bespoke/custom orders: up to 8 weeks
3.2 Delivery
- UK Mainland: £75 + VAT
- We will inform you of an estimated delivery date once your order is ready for dispatch.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.
- Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.
3.3 Missed Deliveries
If no one is available to accept the delivery, re-delivery charges may apply.
4. Returns & Refunds
4.1 Standard Returns Policy
- You may return non-customized items within 14 days of receipt.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
4.2 Bespoke Orders
- Customized/bespoke items are non-refundable unless faulty.
- If a bespoke product arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
4.3 Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Cancellations
- Standard orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
- Bespoke/custom orders can only be canceled within 48 hours of order placement.
- Orders already in production cannot be canceled or refunded.
6. Product Warranty
- All our products come with a 12-month manufacturing warranty.
- The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or improper use.
7. Liability & Disclaimers
- Luxury House Interiors is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from product use.
- We reserve the right to amend product specifications, pricing, and these Terms & Conditions at any time.
